Half done curtians and my make shift curtain

I had a WIDE door that needed a covering so as a quilter what did I do?


This is my kitchen valance. It is not even close to done. I wanted to see what it looked like and it has not made it down yet.. Hopefully soon I will get it down and done.

I have making yoyo's like mad woman. I have just about finished making all of them to make this.



Then I think I will start on a valnce out of them for my kitchen window. I just love the look of them.

Work in progess and a box

I made this box. Was the first one I tried and I think that I will be making quite a few of these.

This quilt is a work in progress. With all the embroidery on it, it has taken a while to sew. Working on the borders now in between orders. I am thinking of using htis for my duaghters bed once it is done.

show and tell

William wanted a blue tractor quilt. So I made him this. All fabric is from my stash. I did a rag quilt for him. I added a layer of fleece to the flannel for extra warmth. This pic was before I clipped all the seams and washed it. I need to get a pic of it now. it is very snuggly. He LOVES it. ;o)
